Bought as a gift for my cousin he doesn’t get much circulation in his hands so they are usually cold and in pain, the first night he used it he said he loved it, his hands weren’t as cold as they usually are , and we’re able to get more mobility.

I have pain in my left hand in the palm area and in my wrist from driving and from having a bad habit of tucking my hand under my head while I sleep (I'm a side sleeper). I researched hand massagers and decided on this one because it seemed to have all the features I wanted and it would be covered under my FSA account. The device is a quality piece and it definitely helps with my pain! I thought that the massaging aspect would be like a shiatsu massage, but it instead uses compression massaging (air bags inflating & deflating). It's actually difficult to find a shiatsu style electronic hand massager, so I kept it and am glad I gave it a chance. It was affordably priced, with different adjustment features, and the heat is really comforting as well! Although I haven't tried it, I understand you could even place your foot in one for a massage, it's roomy enough for that. I highly recommend this product!

I had ligament surgery on both hands and carpal tunnel on one at the same time. I use this massager twice a day on each hand for 20 minutes each. It massages good but the heat is kind of weak. It does really help with the flexibility of my fingers but first time use.. start on a low setting till you learn the fundamentals… my middle finger (which is really sore) got stretched way beyond it’s limit. A quick learning experience.

Don’t waste your money! It literally is just compression and vibration. It doesn’t even have enough pressure to even feel like a massage. As a barber I have wrist and hand pain daily and this didn’t even touch it.

The battery needs to be recharged every day. It only works approximately 30-40 minutes

I like this massager, it has powerful compression, and comfortable mild heating. The only complaint I have is that it took some time to find the most comfortable hands positions inside the massaging chamber, first try was painful. So, for the people using it for the first time I would recommend placing the fingers in between the balls, and further from right-most ball before starting massage. That was the painful point for my hands.

Returned first one for not holding a charge through one session. The second one did not hold charge either
