Nice lightweight headset. Connected very easily. Has great sound and the ear pieces rotate which is very nice. Very comfortable and I like the charging base.

Easy to setup, plug and play. Great headset for call center, easy mute just by lifting microphone, battery lasts multiple days. Works with Avaya, Teams, Microsoft

It’s fine as these things go. Soft pads. Audio is decent enough to listen to music through (but not something to choose for, just know I was a little surprised at the audio quality for the class). Battery life is very good. The main complaint is with dual connections, where users may have the device connected to say a laptop and a phone simultaneously. In my experience this is clunky, where I don’t get audio on one devise (say my phone) when connected to the other (laptop). It appears to me that the device grabs the first one and won’t let the other device have control at all, necessitating a disconnect from the (laptop) one device to hear audio on the other. Maybe it’s a firmware update I need. But as things stand it’s a very aggravating thing to manage when you’re trying to answer a phone call or hop on a video call. If fiddling with taps and clicks to get the devices working while answering a call or what have you is OK, this is a suitable device. I have buyer’s remorse.

Absolutley love these Yealink BH70. I purchased the dual headset with the charging stand. I work from home with 3 teenage boys and my husband. Lots of gaming going on and 2 yappy pugs. My co workers all said i sound great and they can't hear any background noise..They were easy to set up and a great price compared to some high end.

thus, headset is teams certified, however. i don't manage to use the teams features of the headset. i am facing 2 main issues: 1. Microsoft teams noise cancelling option, will block my mic whenever i want to speak. 2. Raising and lowering the scope of the mic, shall mute and unmute the mic. this option works randomly; it does not work all the time. sometime a i raise the mic up, and consider that i am mute, and it is not... i have just had some issues with that. however, i must say that voice and speakers are fine, i don't have any complains on this. my complain is: i should have bought the NON-Teams certified headset and spare a few dollars, i pay extra and i am not fully enjoying the "in built teams features" Hope that this review helps you make a better decision when buying. Love love love this headset! Have the wired one, but needed a bit more freedom with work so I bought this one. If you’re looking for a great noise reduction Teams headset buy this one!

In general I love the headset. However, I've had long-running issues with connectivity to the PC. I have to remove and add it every morning. I've updated drivers, which helped, but it's degraded again since then. Environment-wise, I have a Windows 11 machine.

AI wear this all day comfortably, it’s a little heavier than my wired Yealink headset, but I had no issues connecting it to my Yealink desk phone, it was super easy. It took me a day to get used to it. Some of my favorite features not mentioned in other reviews- there is an app where you can control the settings of the headset (it defaulted to speaking “incoming call” when the phone rang- that annoyed me immediately. You can change it to a subtle beeping instead) the app also has features like the battery level indicator, volume control, etc. Once you connect it to your cell phone via Bluetooth, you can also listen to music/watch shows and it will auto pause when the phone begins ringing, and unpause when the call is completed or someone else picks it up. So yes, it can be connected to both your work phone AND your cell phone via Bluetooth at once. This to me is the best feature! Another feature I love is that the light on both sides of the dual headset turns red when I am on a call so my husband can easily see instead of asking me. I WFH with a two year old and I have been told that the noice cancelling is great. My only regret is not going with this sooner! The battery lasts me my entire 8 hour shift easily. I put it on the charger when I take my lunch break. No issues with battery life at all.
