Finally !!! It really helps reduce bloating after meals. I usually feel relief within 30 minutes, especially after eating dairy or heavy foods. The capsules are small, easy to swallow, and don’t leave any aftertaste. I like that it’s made with natural ingredients like fennel and lemon balm, and it’s non-GMO.However, it’s a bit pricey, especially since you need to take 2–3 capsules per meal. For me, it works most of the time, but not every single meal. I’ve read some people didn’t feel a difference and asked for refunds, so results may vary. They work for me. 3 capsules and the yucky feeling after eating not great for you food, I don't feel awful. I can button my pants. Even after the gas and bloating starts, 3 of these and it goes away. I love they are all natural. They are easy to take - they are 1g caps, but no smell or taste. No more awful gas pains.

So far so good,it was easy to swallow,no odd scent detected. Taste was ok I just started using it so I’ll follow up with more info in a few weeks.

I took these for a few weeks .didn't see any results . I attempted to send it back since it was expensive when I clicked on return states I couldn't return the product .. In my opinion, there are far cheaper. Products for help with bloating..

Great product! Does what it says it does. Works better for bloating than anything else I've ever used. The only drawback is the price. You have to take 3 capsules at a time so a bottle doesn't last very long.

I’ve taken happy mammoth now for a year and it completely takes away my bloating!! I have a flat stomach alll day long now. I highly suggest taking first thing in the morning with a bottle of water for best results! I was taking at night and when I switched to morning - flat belly alll day!
