I was a very loyal supporter of McFarlane Toys’ Spawn action figure lines back in the day, and bought almost everything they put out. Then I watched the slow and painful decline as articulation was cut and figure sizes started to shrink, eventually leading to cancelled waves and ultimately the death of the Spawn figure line altogether. But then, after some years had passed….a miracle. Slowly, the company that Todd built started releasing Spawn figures once again, this time cautiously and in moderation. I was overjoyed to see Spawn figures back and bought some of them, but it wasn’t until the release of this figure here that I truly felt the excitement and joy once again of getting a brand new incarnation of Spawn that I had never seen in figure form before. This figure has a very nice sculpt and a very impressive size. Combined with good articulation, and I have to give this fig a perfect 5 stars. It’s been such a loooong, long wait, but I am so glad to see Spawn figures like this coming out once again. Keep the Spawn toy goodness coming, Todd!
