Hot Wheels Shark Bite Bay

My 3 year old nephew absolutely loved this and spent most of the day playing with it. And every day since Christmas too. It's very colourful but not particularly strong so I don't know how long it will stand up to strenuous play. My sister liked the fact that it folded up therefore making it easy to transport and store. Overall I'm pleased that I purchased it. Recommended for small boys who enjoy playing with cars.

My 3yr old was so looking forward to this toy for Christmas. He was really excited and told all his friends, relatives and santa that is what he wanted. When it was opened, I could not believe my eyes at how tacky it was and I could have cried upon seeing his disappointment after the huge build up. He kept asking me what does it do and to please make it work. But that is the problem, there really isn't anything to work, only press the button making the shark talk. The track is very thin plastic and does not slot in properly and nothing happens as it is so badly designed and constructed. If I had seen reviews when I was buying this I would have talked him out of it. It is absolutely useless and expensive to add insult to injury.

Hot Wheels has a number of shark-themed playsets, and this is my least favourite of the lot. The construction is fiddly and somewhat flimsy - you'll be holding your breath after about 20 goes raising and lowering the car lift - and everything has a bit of a cheap feel to it. The voice chip isn't terribly grating, but it really eats battery life, so be careful when putting it away. I'd save my money and go for one of the other animal themed playsets next time around.

This toy was purchased for a lad of 3 years old and proved an instant success,easy to play with and understand,fun,durable and commanding attention.A good choice.

My grandson had seen the adverts for the Shark Bite and desperately wanted it for Christman. Unfortunately it does not live up to expectations. It is not very strong and unfortunately is not much fun. I think the novelty wore off after the first 30minutes and I would not recommend it to anyone.

This was given as a present for my son's sixth birthday. It is a flimsy lump of cheap plastic with a highly inflated price tag, certainly not value for money and hugely disappointing. The advertising a packaging give the impression of a fast moving toy, when in fact it is completely manual and really very dull. I would not recommend you waste your money on this.

Christmas gift - took a bit of putting together

I don't like any hotwheel products exepct for the cars.

Five-year old grandchild loved it. It got here in time for birthday. Works really nice. He asked for it specifically by name and we couldn't find it anywhere in Ohio. His Daddy was away in Persian Gulf at the time and I'm always looking for something to bring joy into his little life.

the shark bit does not work right and the fit is poor. My grandson had fun even if some of it didn't work correctly.

My son really enjoys this toy, he plays with it alot and it is fairly easy to use. The part I like most about this toy (which I didn't know about when I bought it) is that it folds up for easy transportation and storage.

Hot Wheels needs to rethink the design of this playset. The sharks mouth does not stay open and is very touchy. The launcher does not shoot the car into the sharks mouth and when the car gets to the end of the track, the track just stops and it drops off. Not worth your money. Pass on this one!

this was a toy for my son for his birthday. got really fast. seller had it in really good packaging. only thing I don't like is that its a little flimsy. the tracks are. but my son loves it and that's all that matters.
