I have only done four trips with this suitcase. On the second trip the lever of one of the zips snapped off. On the fourth, the shell of the case broke. The whole selling point of this case is that it is tough and durable. It really isn't. It's made of very poor quality materials. The handle of the zip breaking meant that I could only close the suitcase using one zip, not two. The metal they use must be unbelievably low quality. I should have asked for a refund at that point. Now I have just been on holiday and found the shell of the case had been cracked. This product is not of merchandisable quality - AVOID
