Link AKC Smart GPS Collar Service Plan, One Size

I was so excited for this product until I really started using it. It looked like it was kinda working but the service is so slow that its not really keeping up with it unless my dog is near me. if the dog does get out of the safe zone, it showed he was still in the yard. which he wasn't. I couldn't find him with the tracker..its pretty useless when you really can't track the dog with a "tracker" don't waste the money. I wanted to return the product and cancel everything but the people who work there don't help. They won't even respond to emails.

I tried to set up my dog's new Link collar with the Activation Code I was sent for the prepaid service plan. It didn't work. I called the Customer Service number I was given—866-772-6055–pressed 1 for tech support, as instructed, and was sent back into the loop three times. Finally got through on the fourth time, was put on hold for five minutes and then an automated message came on saying no one was available and to call back later. Completely unacceptable.

Did not come with an activation code for the gift I Purchased, so needless to say it does not work, and Amazon sends me to link and link sent me to Amazon and it’s been two months with the dog keeps running away and this will not work.

Looks nice, and would have been great if it worked. I had several problems, not the least of which was many failures to connect. Customer service was absolutely no help with any of the problems I contacted them about.

Worthless for our situation. My sons dog escapes daily and sometimes multiple times in a day. I might be able to track him one time before the battery quits. This obviously doesnt do any good for escapees, maybe dogs that wander but dont run as fast as he does

I liked this companies previous model GPS tracker collar tagged pet tracker. This one is probably on for most areas but in my rural southeastern state there is too many dead spots that my dog won't show up for for hours. If no dead spots it seemed to track and notify me well.

Not useful if the collar unit is defective. Paying for service that cannot actually be used! GPS tracker thinks the dog is away sometimes within my own tiny house. I cannot see activity for more than 1 day at a time. Not worth it. Too bad as I was really hopeful. Contacted customer service multiple times but nothing remedied. Not sure if the customer service understands the product or not or just some automated response?A magic 8 ball is more reliable than this tracking. I have received up to 14 notifications in the middle of the night saying that my dog (who is fast asleep at the foot of my bed) is away and then returned and the away and returned.
