Excellent customer service. One of the rolls was not lighting up and I sent customer service an email with a video. They replied within a few hours with trouble shooting pics and instructions. I following the pics and instructions and the problem was resolved. The lights are bright with options to reduce the brightness. The remote works but the DIY options needed a little figuring out but once that was done we were able to do now new light colours. This will definitely brighten up a space and children will love it.

It is a great led strip it is bright and it is sticky the colars are good with the rgbic one it is very easy to use and it fells way longer then 100 fr likr 110-120 which is nice it is easy to connect the colors are nice and its bery fun to use the setup is a little anoying for apps like tuya and smart home but day better app is good

These lights are amazing! I love all the different modes and color options. The setup was super easy, and the adhesive is strong, which made installation quick. The only downside I’ve noticed is that their app doesn't connect to my Alexa device, so sometimes it doesn't allow me to do certain things without the remote. Overall, though, still a great product and I’m happy with it.

Easy to install! Light quality is great!! Definitely worth the price!

****Update: we reached out to the company, & they sent us a new set. Still working great several months later.**** Everything was great until the hub quit working a few weeks later. My husband did some "man testing" and said it appears to be allowing too much power to the strip causing them to turn off. So now I have these all over my son's room and they don't work. Pretty disappointed.

This is really good it’s rgb is really bright everything works amazing but here are some steps to make it last longer and how to set them up 1. Clear the area make sure u get a stool or something and clean the area with a cloth to remove dust. And find an area to plug it (Make sure you plug it in somewhere where u don’t use and there is free space) 2. Find a stick substance (tape or anything that can stick on the wall) then place it on a corner that has available space (remember to not turn on the led when there in the roll that might damage the lights) 3. Start to gently sticking the led to a corner going up then curve it to a wall and make sure u stick it on the highest point of the wall (if it looks curved don’t worry it’s normal 4. Stick until you finish the roll 5. Do the same as step 3 but on the other side 6. Turn them on with the remote and enjoy (I recommend to watch diy led colors with the remote to express your personality)

Arrived two days ago unboxed went around the room and installed plugged them in and nothing. Thought maybe battery in remote was dead for whatever reason...was not the case pulled the plug and plugged back in and they came on stayed on for 2 minutes and turned off. Unplugged plugged back in and never came on again. Got in contact with customer support very nice but when I got to the point that they wanted shipping info never got a reply back to see if I needed to send back or if they would fix. Still waiting on a answer to resolve the issue.
