Does not work and does not charge. This is a simple case only. The charger does not work. Cheap, defective, made in China junk that doesn’t even fit the phone. Total waste of money.

Works as described

Charging doesn’t seem to last very long. Headphones do not work by plugging into same charging port as case, so have to take phone out of case in order to use the headphones.

Great product for the price. Gives me an additional charge per day. Only problem with these things is they don't really last more than a year or so.

My phone doesn’t stay charged long and either does the charger

Apple does not make a battery case for the iPhone 13 pro. This case does not provide near the battery life that my previous Apple manufactured case that I had for my old phone.I charge this case and my phone fully each night, and the case struggles to add even 20% to the overall battery life on my phone. For example, I’m on my own phone battery all today until this evening, I noticed my phone battery was about 20%, so I turned on the battery case. It charged my phone up to 30%. My old case which was by Apple was able to keep my phone charged to 100% until the afternoon, then by night I was down to like 50% or so on my phone battery.Another complaint I have is the side volume buttons and sleep button are VERY hard to push in with this case. My old battery case did not require this effort to push in the side volume and sleep buttons. On this case, the buttons do not “click” in when you press them, and it takes a lot of effort to push them in.Overall I would definitely avoid this case. I just bought this case a week ago and I’m already looking for a different brand.
