Great quality air filter.
I didn’t know K&N made regular disposable air filter??? I used the washable ones way back and got away from them since washing, drying and oiling them is a pain if you only have one car and a job. Anyway, I saw these and had to give it a try. Only a few dollars more than the ones I’ve been using. I really like the quality. I have no idea what the air flow and particulate filtering is but my wife’s SUV is still running great so that’s all that matters. I recommend them.

Good long lasting filter
So far so good in 2019 Veloster. Don’t expect power or sound gains because it’s a K&N. Buy this for the longevity and not having to replace for 18k miles

Filter is causing air intake system malfunction
Purchased the filter for my Hyundai Palisade. After some time I’ve noticed that RPMs on idle started either going up to 1100 or dropping to 200-300 and car started stalling and check engine light came up. Since I was confident in K&N being reputable brand I’ve started looking for intake lines vacuum leak, throttle valve cleaning and carbon deposits removal. Nothing helped. When I checked the filter box I’ve found that the locking mechanism of the filter was failing to keep the filter sealed to the intake line and causing vacuum leak. Once I’ve installed OEM filter the problem went away. Tried to contact K&N through Amazon or email on their website - no response.

It is a disposable filter not reusable
I knew this, but I wanted to make sure others knew. I picked this one as it was cheaper than the OEM/box store brands. I have seen a fuel mileage improvement (tracked on my fuel app).

NOT FIT FOR 2014 MAZDA 3 2.0
Ordered this for my 2014 Mazda 3 2.0L as title stating it was a fit, turns out it was way bigger than the box so highly recommend not ordering if you have a Mazda, because 99% chance it won’t fit
