Perfect Item to Rehab Hand, Wrist and Elbow
I purchased these therapy bars because of my recent diagnosis of nerve damage in my elbow and forearm. I use them for exercising and strengthening. I also use them to roll my arm over for a sort of arm massage and they really help. My therapist recommended them. They are extremely durable and come in three different levels of resistance. I would highly recommend them for anyone that is looking to improve hand, wrist or forearm strength.
