I’ve tried a number of different elderberry vitamin brands and this one is unfortunately the one that has let me down. The product arrived well packaged and with the seal intact. However, after opening the seal, I found that all the gummies were stuck together as one big lump. They are so stuck together as one large mass, that it is not actually possible to remove the daily serving size of 2 gummies. Major let down and will be looking to other brands in the future unfortunately.

Ideally that intake should come from food, but not everyone is in a position to do that. That's where supplements come in. I remember as a child my mum forcing me to take vitamin pills daily and they always tasted disgusting. It really put me off taking vitamins. But now, vitamins come in many forms and gummies is the most fun way of taking them. Just take two Vitamin C gummies and it's like having a couple of wine gums. They are very tasty and are certainly much more enjoyable than pills. If you have an older child that really hates taking pills (Or perhaps you are an adult who hates taking pills or you just cannot swallow pills) then these are a good alternative that most people will enjoy taking. Yes they are more expensive than pills, but they are a much more pleasant way of getting your vitamins.
