Very small not easy to put on yourself

Couldn't use as didn't realise you had to keep plaster on with it so a waste of money for me.

Overall they are very adhesive and the booklet provided was extremely clear and informative. I would say the product was of a high quality I tried this as I have sciatica and for me personally I found no relief . You pay your money ,you take your chance but no luck for me I’m afraid .

Number one. These bad boys actually go bad. I didn't realize that until I pulled out some of mine from 2020 and was surprised to find that they just did not want to stick to the tweezer nor my ears or my fingers, any meridian point. Is simply wore out so it makes sense. I just hadn't really thought about it. So my purchase this item at first I felt like I didn't need all of it. However, I appreciate how they include three different acupressure stainless steel tools of different sizes and shapes. So you don't have to just use your finger. It's accessible to various needs. I also like that one side put my first acupressure sticker in my year. I knew immediately that they were not no longer effective like I feared, but just old and chalky and no longer able to fulfill their job unfortunately.

It’s a good set of products. I’m just having a bit of trouble learning how to stick it properly. Sometimes the ear seed will stick well, sometimes it doesn’t. Just a bit of learning curve and being familiar with my own ear’s accupoints.
