It’s good and doesn’t leave discomfort overnight
Works ok…sometimes it seems I need to use more than shown but overall works and helps decrease the bloat mess the following day. Great pill size and comes with a good amount…I would say it’s perfect when traveling especially for those who experience constipation due to travel.
