Bought this scent machine really just to try something new and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. Right out of the box it looks solid and way nicer than a lot of basic diffusers I have seen. Setup was not confusing at all and honestly pretty quick once I downloaded the app and paired it. The Bluetooth controls make it easy to adjust schedules and intensity without having to stand next to it every time I want to change something. The coverage is insane. I run it in my whole main living area and it fills the space with a nice scent that actually lasts. I was worried it would be weak or too subtle, but it definitely shows up without being overpowering. I even hooked it up to the HVAC system in my house and it spreads the aroma really evenly, which is awesome. Another thing I like is that it does not leave a mess or make the room feel humid like some other diffusers I have used. It feels like I stepped into a high-end hotel lobby rather than just turning on a plug-in air freshener. Overall this has been a great upgrade to my home and I would totally recommend it to anyone who wants a sleek and powerful scent solution for big rooms.

This was super easy to connect to my HVAC system and my whole house smells amazing. It works as stated and the app is very easy to use and set up. After I bough it the box was thrown away with the locking key and alternate diffuser top for a counter set up without the HVAC connection. I reached out to Aromadd's customer service about replacements and they are sending replacements with no issues. Their customer service was very quick at replying and replacing parts that we lost at no cost. Very happy with their customer service. I highly recommend their product.

I’ve been using this smart scent machine in my home, and overall it works very well. One of the first things I noticed is that people immediately comment on how good the house smells when they walk in. The scent coverage is strong and consistent without being overwhelming. The automatic function is a big plus. Once it’s set up, it’s pretty much set it and forget it. It runs on a schedule without needing constant adjustments, which makes it easy to live with day to day. Installation was also fairly simple and didn’t take much time. The app does its job, but it feels a bit unrefined, and the connection to the device can be temperamental at times. That said, this isn’t a huge deal because once you’ve set your schedule and scent strength, you rarely need to open the app again. There is one thing worth keeping in mind, especially if you live somewhere with cold seasons. This is unverified, but based on my experience: if you run the diffuser regularly while not using your AC and then switch over to heat in the winter, you may notice some “smoke” the first time the furnace kicks on. When I turned on my heat for the first time this season, my home filled with a noticeable amount of diffuser-oil-scented smoke. My assumption is that the oil either coated the ductwork over time or possibly made its way into the furnace, and then burned off when the heat was first used. After that initial occurrence, things returned to normal, but it’s definitely something to be aware of if you plan to leave the diffuser running year-round without HVAC airflow. You only get to make a first impression once and it’s truly shocking how many guests have commented on my house’s pleasant scent as soon as they walk in. It’s the same sensation as walking into a luxury hotel, which is exactly the vibe I was going for. The unit itself feels quality as the exterior panels are made of glass. No issues with loose fixtures, leaks, etc. Anyone who left a bad review claiming that the machine is “loud” is being dramatic. It’s not at all. Hooking the unit up to my HVAC was a breeze, especially because all of the conversion pieces are included in the kit. It took less than 5 minutes. Like others have said, the app could use some updating but it’s overall very easy to operate. I inquired with customer service about making an adjustment so the scent gets dispersed only when the HVAC fan kicks on — Bella was quick to respond with a video showing the setup process and even threw in a free bottle of oil to try out when I told her I was on the fence about choosing a scent. Genuinely good customer service is hard to come by these days (especially because they don’t ask for tips like every other place now) and this company’s efforts are worth noting. Thank you for actually caring. Once you have your strength settings set to your liking there isn’t much looking back. For reference, I have a 3,500 square foot house. I set my unit to disperse for 15 seconds with 300 second pauses in between. It runs daily from 9am-11pm. A 500ml bottle of oil lasts me around 4 months. I’ve had it since June 2025 and there is no residual buildup in my vent system, which was something I was worried about. I wasted so much money on candles in the past it’s not even funny. I wish I would’ve purchased it sooner. Realistically, I think Aromadd should charge more for this product because of what you’re getting in return, but I admire that they’re not in it for the money. If you look at the price history tracker you’ll see that the cost hasn’t budged at all over the course of several months, holidays included. That’s honorable. This product is great. This company is great. I convinced my nail salon to buy one (lol). You should buy one too.

The product is good. My customer service experience has been outstanding. I attached this diffuser to my main air handler in my house. It worked alright, but I needed to route the lines a little better. I did that, but they wouldn't stay out. So, I needed to get more of the clear rubber tubing. I bought this item and needed replacement pieces 5 months later and they sent them with no issues and with no charge. If I ever need to get another diffuser, I'll go with this company. Hands down, easy and no hassle customer service. This diffuser uses an app for control. The app is good; it gets the job done. You can adjust rest times, time for expelling the oil and what days it works on. You can also select different schedules. The basics of customization are covered. The clear tubing has a slightly larger OD diameter than what is commercially available. We're talking .001 of an inch. It makes a difference because the oil will leak from between the tubing and the fitting on the diffuser if it isn't the right size. I have about an 1800 square foot house and this diffuser fills the house. It's not overpowering or even close. It's a good fit. If you don't get this diffuser from them, by a different one, but go with this company. Their customer service makes everything much easier to deal with.

I was honestly very skeptical about buying this scent machine for my home at first, but I’m so glad I decided to give it a try. Installation was incredibly easy, even though I was super nervous going into it. The essential oil reservoir is huge, which is a big plus because it doesn’t need constant refilling. The app is also very easy to use and navigate, which I really appreciate. Occasionally, the app does lose Bluetooth connectivity with the machine, but it usually reconnects after a couple of tries, so it hasn’t been a major issue for me.
