More of a liquid than a gel but tastes good!
More of a liquid than a gel. Tastes okay though! It does give you that pre-work out tingle (I didn't find it too intense but everyone is different) so if you don't like that, it wouldn't be the product for you. Would buy again!

I would call this liquid not gel but this is my first time with this product niche
To me, this was completely liquid and you may as well just pour it in a glass. I would have thought the point of calling it gel was that it would be gel and you would squeeze it out like toothpaste and eat, not drink it.The sour cherry is definitely a bitter sweet taste, just as you should probably expect. That's an odd choice to me and makes me wonder if the product itself is naturally bitter so they use the flavour to disguise that? That would make sense.I could absolutely see some people liking the flavour as is, and I didn't find it that hard to consume though I did give up pouring it directly into my mouth and just poured it into a glass and necked it instead.Obviously 230mg is a lot more caffeine than one coffee or tea, so I'd suggest only using it in the morning, and being cautious with it as too much caffeine will give you a very bad day.

Sour cherry pre workout gel
Sour cherry flavour with a decent caffeine boost. They are compact pouches that fit easy in your pocket or gym bag. I enjoyed the flavour, they are quite sour but I felt the sourness added to the effect of the boost. Much more convenient way to have a preworkout when you drink loads of water during your workout as it means your not needing a wee half way through

Effective Pre-Workout Boost 💪🍒
This sour cherry pre-workout gel is a real boost for my workouts. Here’s my take:Pros:- Energy Kick: 230 mg of caffeine gives an immediate energy lift.- Enhanced Performance: Contains citrulline malate and beta-alanine for endurance.- B Vitamins: Helps reduce fatigue, supporting longer training sessions.- Convenient Size: Easy-to-use gel packs for on-the-go energy.Cons:- Strong Flavor: Sour cherry taste is bold; may not suit everyone’s preference. For serious athletes looking for a powerful energy boost, this is an excellent pre-workout option.

Green apple
At the time of this review, you can buy this box of pre-workout sachets for around £17i’m a fan of pre-workout drinks and sachets. I’ve tried quite a few of the last couple of years. The only liquid gels that I’ve tried before the ones to take with you when you’re doing some lengthy cardio. These gel packs are designed to be taken 15 to 30 minutes before workout and contain 230MG caffeine, 1.5g, citrulline malate 1.5 g, beta alanine, obviously, there are more contents than just that, so I’ve attached a photograph for the back of the sachet which shows a list of all the contents. One thing is missing is any creatineIf you buy these, it works out around £1.40 per shot with a recommended intake of no more than one a day.For now I would recommend it, if you are fully aware of the contents and the priceUpdate -I tried one of these earlier and it was not what I expected, it is not a gel at all It’s very much a liquid !!Easy to drink down.Definitely a little bit tart and I can see why it’s called green apple flavour, nice though..No itch affect from the beta alanine which is strange , I normally get that side affect quite quicklyApart from that all is goodIf You are thinking about buying some I hope this review is helpful

The sour ones are definitely sour!
There's a definite caffeine kick from these. I use them before racing my bike (indoors) each week. They're a bit tough to take sometimes because they are ultra sour, but they have the caffeine effect I am looking for.

Awful !!
This was so bad. First off the taste ... I have never ever tasted anything so awful and that includes the awful stuff they give you in hospital pre-op to flush you out. You will struggle to drink this down. However once you have drunk it, you do get a barely perceptible boost to your energy workout. However it's not worth what happens next. You will sweat like mad and .... your sweat will burn .... it itches and stinge like sun-burn. I don't know what they put in this but i genuinely binned my entire batch after taking just one of these. I do not under any circumstances recommend this.
