I’ve taken this for just one week and have noticed a big increase in my energy level so far… no mid afternoon slump.. definitely don’t feel such intense cravings .. I exercise daily so hoping some weight will begin to drop after a few weeks of this assisting my normal routine!

It does suppress my appetite all day. I take one in the morning and one at night. I like that it’s in a capsule so it is easier to go down. I have recommended this to several family and friends.

Love this formula! More economical than some other brands and helps with blood glucose control.

On my 3rd day of taking it, feel less bloating so far! Hopefully it works! Doesn’t taste bad. Did have higher energy the day after I first started taking it. If it works it’s with the money!

Did not work for me. It did nothing but make me feel sick to my stomach. I took it exactly as directed.

I just began taking these. The first thing I noticed is the moment I put it in my mouth, the taste is very noticeable- somewhat bitter. I also feel thru are very pricey. I thought they had a higher beberine content.

All aspects of this supplement are priorities of mine: metabolic health, weight management, healthy blood sugar, and just overall metabolic well-being! Been taking them for the last few weeks, no negative side effects and are tasteless.
