Great for long overnight flights
I love this travel pillow. Seat tray tables sit just above a passengers thighs so with the height of this pillow, you can comfortably rest your head on top of it on the tray. It’s a great invention.

Puff the Pillow!
Good idea! All the perks make this a great product. This item was bought for a patient who often sleeps in a wheelchair. It comes shrink-wrapped. Just blowing into the item to inflate it to firmness didn't work so well. Including a pump to inflate the pillow would make this item ideal. We had to return the pillow.

Easy to use
The travel pillow is simply amazing! It is not only comfortable but also looks great. The design is fashionable and eye-catching. What's more, it is incredibly convenient. It can be easily carried around during trips, providing much-needed support and relaxation. I truly love this wonderful travel companion.

Not allowed on planes
We tried to use these in two different flights and both times we were told that inflatable body devices aren't allowed onboard. Apparently they could get it the way during an emergency. It makes sense, but makes them useless to us.

Very comfortable
I ordered this pillow for the flight because I have a problem sleeping on planes. And now this problem is solved! During my last flight, I slept well. My neck was relaxed and did not hurt. The neighboring passengers watched me and saw that I was very comfortable and convenient. Several people asked where I bought it.

Great Option for Sleeping on Long Flights
I purchased the Kimiandy Upgraded Inflatable Travel Air Pillow for my upcoming trip to New Zealand. I purchased it specifically to help me sleep on the long flight, and even though I haven’t taken the trip yet, it looks promising compared to my previous experience with the SkyRest® Inflatable Pillow. One of the standout features I like about this brand is that it’s taller, which should make a big difference when flying in economy. In economy seating, the tight spacing between rows limits the distance between the back of your seat and the seat in front of you. This constraint significantly affects your ability to assume a comfortable forward-leaning position for sleeping. Without the ability to fully lean forward from the hips, you’re left with only the motion of your neck and shoulders to rest your head. This creates an unnatural angle that strains your neck and upper back. The pivoting motion makes it hard to find a stable, comfortable resting position for your head, especially on a pillow designed for forward leaning. Pillows like the SkyRest are designed for a forward lean that assumes some space for your torso to extend into. In economy, the lack of that space means you're craning your neck to reach the pillow, rather than leaning comfortably into it. This has made it less than ideal to use.I’m hoping that the Kimiandy's height allows for a more natural head position. It also offers multiple arm positioning options thanks to its clever design with holes, which should make it easier to find a comfortable position. I like that you can lay your head straight down into the pillow, avoiding the limited left-or-right-only head placement of the Skyrest. There are a couple of quirks. The edges around the face hole feel sharp, and I’m curious to see if that becomes an issue during use. I’ll update this review after testing it on the flight. Also, the storage pouch is hilariously undersized—it’s impossible to fit the pillow into it, so I’m not sure why it was included. It didn’t even arrive packed in the pouch! On the plus side, the included eye mask is a pleasant surprise. They don’t even mention it on the product page, but mine came with them. The mask is domed over the eyes, so it won’t squash your lashes, and it comes with earplugs, adding to the overall value. While I haven’t used it on a long flight yet, the design improvements over the SkyRest and the additional accessories make this pillow a great pick for long overseas flights. I’ll report back after my trip!
