Relatively easy install for a first timer. 4 stars bc of two reasons: the bolts both bent while installing and I reused the existing bolts, and I can’t for the life of me get the bolt caps on.

Time will tell if this was as great a purchase as it seems, but having done one toilet with the traditional wax seal, and then one with this - hands down this made the process crazy simple and far less messy. 2 months on, no leaks or other concerns.

The MENNTY Toilet Flange Repair kit worked great for me. This review is being written immediately post installation. I used the kit as part of replacing a 20-year-old standard toilet with a chair-height toilet. The kit gives you all the various types of non-wax rings/adapters to connect the toilet. There are different adapters for use depending on the height of your floor mounted flange. The adapters accommodate floor phalanges that are equal to, above or below the level of the floor. The kit also comes with a floor mount should you need to replace that. Since my existing floor mount was slightly above the floor, I only needed to use one adapter that connected the toilet securely to the floor mount and the toilet itself. I obtained a nicely centered, and solid toilet attachment on the first try. No leaks! So, no more wax rings for me. At this point, I cannot comment on durability. All in all, it seems to be a great product!

This product works exactly as advertised and is very easy to install. However the toilet studs have a large gaps where you can trim it to height that the securing nut will not be able to engage the threads beneath it of your toilet sits at the perfect spot which mine did. Got different studs and it’s works great. Hope this helps

Perfect install. So much better than a wax seal. Repositiond 3 times with no problem. Wax seal would have been a hot mess.
