High quality and good price.
This mSATA SSD Enclosure worked great. I was able to remove an mSATA drive from an old PC and use it on a Raspberry Pi5. The Raspberry Pi found all my old files.

Transparency for your data
The ORICO USB 3.0 mSATA SSD Enclosure does what is supposed to do, well. The plastic transparent enclosure make it easy to visualize memory and leds, also the enclosure open mechanism is super easy, no tools required, all these make it convenient when handling multiple types of memory brands and sizes. I couldn’t test speed in depth, but it seems good enough. It is on the low end in terms of durability due to the plastic enclosure. Price related, I believe it should be 30% less of the current price.

Nice external nvme ssd enclosure for the money
Did what it said. I used it for a super cheap 128gb Orico SSD to hook up via usb to a pi 5b. It worked no problems, 2 screws and included the screw driver (The used a hex head screw which was different). Solid little clear case. The only downside was getting the case open the first time. This thing latches strongly SHUT! I had to use a flat head on the very end where the usb port was to get it to pop up. I had to be very careful so I didn't scratch or crack the acrylic, but it did come open with a little tlc. I did take one star off because it was not as easy as it should be, but otherwise installing it was easy enough. It did come with a usb-a / c cord to connect it to either 1. Overall, this is really affordable enclosure, and did what I needed.

Great for testing drives!
This saved us from the hassle of unnecessary returns and project computer insanity! We had two drives that we thought were doa but the instructions on this let us know that we needed to *initialize* them first and THEN we could format them. (Been awhile since we messed with aany computer hardware tbh). Very portable with a sturdy cable, it spun the drives up quickly. Took a minute to realize it was a SLIDE case (like the one on my old ipod! Lol) and after than it was a breeze to open. Just the ricght size for the drives without taking up a ton of space - easy to store in a drawer. It seemed a tad warm after awhile so I'm not sure if things would overheat of used for a longer period, but for our needs of quick tests and transferring data between old computers, it works great!

Fits everything I've thrown at it. Works good, installation is easy. May get another have lots of loose drives that would fit in here.

Fast, maximizes speed through USB
I bought this to use an old Plextor mSATA 128GB SSD as a fast flash drive through USB. The included cable can connect to your computer or host using USB-C or USB (the cable has a built-in adapter). I connected to my computer using the USB C port and tested the read and write speeds using CrystalDiskMark. The results did not disappoint! 442 MB/s and 323 MB/s read and write speeds (sequential). Only unknown is how warm it might get with extended use and whether that affects the lifetime of the adapter or hard drive. The adapter housing felt warm to the touch after a few minutes of my test.
