Excellent value with 2 inners and a length of outer. All the grommets including the important ones going into shimano road shifters... with the groove on the side. Just bear in mind that the last part of the cable into the rear mech needs different outer cable that isn't included.

I replace my cables when gearing is starting to lag / not shift quickly. This is a quality item that I've ordered a few times as housing and cables is great value. To make installation easier. I would recommend getting a set of cable clippers and a nail. Once the cable housing is cut you can use the nail to expand the hole slightly. I also use a file to remove any rough edges. The lengths fit my bike well, I would imagine it would fit all bikes, but I would quickly check before ordering. Plenty of YouTube videos will help guide you with installation.

Morgens, auf dem Weg zur Arbeit, riß der Schaltzug für das hintere Schaltwerk, ich konnte nur noch, mit dem Umwerfer, zwei Gänge wählen, was für ein "Spaß". Also, sofort bestellt, am nächsten Tag eingetroffen und in der Mittagspause eingebaut. Der Einbau ging sehr schnell vonstatten, einfach die beiden Spannschrauben komplett zurückdrehen, den Schalthebel auf den höchsten Gang stellen, die Außenhülle entsprechend der alten ablängen, ggf. Endschutzkappen aufsetzen und den neuen Innenzug vorne einhängen. Ich ziehe immer den Innenzug durch etwas Fett zwischen den Fingern durch und fädele ihn durch die Hülle bis zum Schaltwerk. Dort spanne ich den Zug mit der Hand und fixiere ihn mit der entsprechenden Schraube am Schaltwerk. Diese Spannung ist normaler Weise zu gering, womit nun die Spannschrauben zum Einstz kommen. Da das Schaltwerk schon richtig justiert war, mußte ich nur einmal, während der Fahrt, eine Schraube um eine viertel Umdrehung weiterdrehen und alles passte wieder. Das Schalten funktioniert wieder wie zuvor. Vor allem läuft der Innenzug leicht dank OPTISLICK. Jetzt macht auch berauf wieder Spaß :) 100% Kaufempfehlung
