FIrm and helps with pain relief
This is hard With no flexibility. I like it because I put it on the floor and roll on it. It definitely helps with back pain. If you're looking for something that has give to it or is flexible, then this is not the product for you. I like it because it helps with the back pain, It's portable And has the firmness that I need to get rid of knot removal

Good roller, would recommend.
The small diameter makes it a bit more controllable than the normal rollers. Easier to roll my quads and easier to control the pressure or force of the roll. I also like the ridges, as they add an element to the muscle engagement.

Thought it would be larger, works fine but would be better with a little give to it. Very hard on the back but gets the job done.

Try it you won’t regret it!
Between concrete and waterskiing in the summer… and the hockey and shoveling snow in the winter… this thing works! I’ve had a crooked spine since my bull riding days and I’m over hanging upside down and being dizzy! Quick and effective way of loosening all the cracks and pops you would usually have to give yourself whiplash to fix!

Misrepresentation
Although it clearly shows a mesh bag to carry the roller in, there is no such thing in the box. I believe this product is misrepresented for that reason.

Desk job worker’s dream
Use this daily. It’s just as picture. Sturdy and gets the job done! My chiropractor suggested I get one as I have terrible hip and back discomfort. It’s made a difference to take breaks and roll out my lower back!
