I have used this book alongside Treating Your Own Back . If the exercises are followed and done as stated believe me they work . Self help at its best

Learnt that exercising is good for knees
Haven't really used the exercises seemedto be too many throughout the day.

Kindle Self Help Poor
Kindle version not as convenient as previous paper back books treat your own back and neck Kindle version ordered because of high cost of hard copy. Not much content will think twice before ordering kindle self help book

My physical therapist suggested it (it’s what she follows) and it was a good read. Have loaned it to another pickleballer with a knee issue and it was helpful.
