I’m excited to use these different types of perm rods but they came with no elastic or rubber bands, and I don’t know what to get that are going to stand up to the chemicals from the perming solution. There are no instructions or anything as to how to use them nor what to use to secure them into the hair.

It appears that this item is not new, as there are stain of use. It seems like a returned product. I kindly ask that you check items more carefully before sending them out.Returning it would be a hassle, so I’ll just keep it. The delivery was fast, and the item is the size I was looking for.
