I really like this coconut oil mouthwash. It has a fresh mint flavor that leaves my mouth feeling clean and refreshed without being too strong. Tastes good. Works well. I also use charcoal with my toothpaste at times for whiter teeth.

The taste of this item is so profoundly bad that days later I am still trying to get it out my mouth. The assumption was that coconut, mint , pulling oil ( for my mouth) would be a bearable taste. I am forever stuck with the memory of the horriblness and not sure ill get over it
