This diffuser is absolutely phenomenal! I’ve tried everything under the sun from cheap water diffusers to candles to plug in devices in effort to make my home smell refreshing, like a hotel. I was hesitant due to the price, but finally decided to give it a try. It makes my entire home (~1,800 ft) smell fantastic. It’s quiet too. The scent is amazing as well, just like a 5 star hotel. I do not like the app however. Out of the box - don’t even waste your time with the app. When I tried using the app, it caused the machine to not function and I had to call customer service to reset. They were wonderful too, I reset it, and it’s worked fine ever since.

I am obsessed with this thing. I was so hesitant to buy it. Why is it so expensive compared to other options? Well, it’s been a month and I just bought a third one. The first one went in my living room. Not only did I get compliments from everyone who came into our home, my kids and I realized that we were spending more time in the living room because it smells so good. I got one for my home office just to try to trick myself into spending more time in there and I just ordered one for our bedroom. My only con is that I’m clearly addicted to this scent and it’s pretty expensive to refill. Honestly, setup was easy, app works great. Not sure what issues others have had but everything has been seamless for us.

Cost is a lot so it took me a while to pull the trigger, but I was very excited to receive this today. Diffuser was nicely packaged, very sleek looking and seems to work fine---maybe too good! Admittedly, after reading through reviews I'm apprehensive to set up the app, so currently using in manual mode. I started at 3 and I've already turned it down to 2 and considering going to 1, but we'll see. As others have said, it's a little disappointing to pay so much and now even get a fragrance. Even a sample pack or something would be nice . I did buy the AromaTech The Bestsellers Set w/ the fragrances Santal, The Hotel, White Tea & Thyme, and Love Affair. I'm currently using Santal and it smells like a good smelling man's cologne to me. haha I bought this whole system because when I go to my dermatologist it always smells so good that I had to ask what it was and it was AromaTech with the scent Love Affair, so I'm familiar with that scent as well. So far so good. If my opinion changes, I'll update the review. Here's to no more toxic candles!

This is a quality product that works fantastic! We keep it on the lowest setting and it’s perfect. Set up was easy and connected to phone right away. I feel that it’s worth the money!

I purchased the Aromatec diffuser hoping to fill my space with pleasant scents, but unfortunately, the device has not met my expectations. While the fragrance quality is nice, the machine itself is not very user-friendly. It doesn’t automatically start at the scheduled time unless you manually power it on, which defeats the purpose of programming it in the first place. When I compare the cost to its actual functionality and ease of use, I don’t believe it offers good value for the money. Overall, it’s a disappointing experience for the price.

Ok, it works and I bought it purely for aesthetic reasons. The app is super basic. Too basic really considering the price of this thing. The icon for your connected device on the app cannot be customized to match the color of the device you have. The annoying beeps when selecting a function to customizes cannot be turned off. So all I can say is that the device is a nice over priced metal cylinder. I like the look of it. The gold is pretty. It works. App works but is so basic that it's honestly shocking (in a bad way). Cleary, AromaTech did not spend a penny more when designing it.

Amazing!! We have a dog, 1 yo and open concept. A recipe for too many smells!! I was hesitant bc of price but so glad I got it! It’s worth every penny! I have purchased 3 other diffusers and did not have the same experience. Scents are high quality and last a long time. Our whole first floor (1000sq ft) smells amazing! Yes, there’s a noise but it I rarely notice it. Buy now! You won’t regret it!

I’m very happy with this purchase! It works perfectly with minimal effort to set up the automatic on/off schedule and adjust the scent intensity. It’s silent, mess-free, waste-free, and requires no water or heat. The mobile app connects seamlessly via Bluetooth and gives you full control over the device. I paired it with specialty luxury scents, and now our office feels like a five-star luxury hotel.

Love this diffuser it looks beautiful and works great.
