Update!!!I contacted to company and asked about the bottle of ink that didn't work. They were kind enough to send me out a new bottle and said that mine was older than six months and that's why it did not show up after being washed off. Great customer service!When I tried the ink again, it turned out beautifully! After washing off the ink, i could definitely see a light tattoo unlike the tattoo using the "old" bottle. The tattoo continued to darken for the next couple of days and looks like a real tattoo!I did not read directions carefully the first time and missed the note about freezing the ink when not being used. The company representative explained that the ink will lose it's effectiveness because it's plant-based.When this bottle runs out, I will definitely be purchasing another one! Great ink! Don't forget to keep it in the freezer!
