I bought two of the 7-drawer bookcases to have side by side as a bookcase/TV stand combo and they look great! The picture doesn't do the coloring of the material justice; it's a rich brown that mimics natural wood really well. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and was braced for shoddier work; for both bookcases, everything was drilled all the way through, everything lined up, there were no noticeable flaws on any pieces, all parts were there. They even included a bonus screwdriver if you needed one. I highly recommend using an electric screwdriver with multiple heads - you need an Allen wrench and Phillip's heads for this, but assembly was very straightforward and took less than an hour. Note: I still have some of the part stickers on in the photo; don't worry, those aren't holes or anything. I'll update this review if any quality issues arise but as of right now I'm very impressed and felt compelled to write this review!

Easy to assemble took about 30 minutes. Love the color its not exactly as pictured. I use it for my kids book and some toys. Holds alot of stuff. Reasonable price. Overall i am happy.

I'm always leery of assemble-it-yourself" furniture. This unit was a pleasant surprise. It is made from an engineered wood product but resembles plywood more than the typical particle board, making it a bit lighter. This unit comes in at 45 pounds and is easy to move once assembled. The finish was flawless and seems durable. All the holes lined up perfectly. All pieces are numbered, the assembly instructions are pictures only. NOTE: Pay attention to the dividers. They must be assembled so the channels for the back are kept clear. There are 44 hex head screws used to hold it together. It also uses 10, small corner edge braces that I thought was a nice feature, adding to stability. In addition, there is a wall strap that can be used to prevent it from tipping over (It is very sturdy but if you have kids or live in CA, I recommend using it.). The kit comes with both a SMALL Phillips screwdriver (#2) and hex wrench (3mm). ADVICE: Your assembly time will be cut in half if you have an interchangeable head screwdriver that will accommodate both a #2 Phillips tip and 3mm hex tip. A ratcheting handle will be even better, but a small, electric driver will put you in paradise. The 3mm hex is the most critical as the one supplied is difficult and annoying to use.

Perfect for my needs. Clean, Quality Shelf, easy to put together solo, slim size to fit behind an opening door. Not Wood.

Bookcase is very solid. It's not just particle board. Directions were a little fuzzy at points as it is just pictures but overall fine. Had extra screws. Came with tiny screwdriver and hex wrench. Shipping was 24 days late.

This is a perfect bookshelf for my kid's bedroom. I now have a place to organize all his little trophies, awards, memorabilia and the like. I think I'll add a couple of baskets to throw stuff in and hide them from view, but overall, this does exactly what I needed it to. It is by no means a solid wood shelf - it's mostly particle board and such - but it was easy to put together (my son even helped me build it) and the pieces all lined up perfect, so what else can one ask for?

I really like it I've been using it for my alter space I had to do it without the F and H panel hopefully it is still pretty sturdy! Waiting to hear back from them just in case because I really love how this looks for my altar!
