Easy and Effective
This mini split coil cleaner is exactly as advertised! I used it to get my mini split ready for summer, and it made the whole process quick and easy. The heavy-duty foam clung to the coils and fan blades, cutting through dust and grime effortlessly. I especially appreciated that no rinsing was required—just spray and let it do its job. It also left behind a nice lemon scent, which was a great bonus. My unit is now running cleaner and smelling fresher. If you're prepping your AC for the warmer months, this cleaner is a must-have!

MAGIC In A Can
This stuff is incredibly AMAZING! I bought it this summer to try and clean the disgusting AC unit in my apartment. I could not afford the LG Dual Inverter that I wanted and my LL wasn't going to buy anything because "nothing wrong Paul! It still work my friend!" Yah, barely. So I looked into things on YouTube and a deep clean was suggested along with how to do it.First off, I didn't do the deep clean because the unit is like sealed in the wall. Second, there was literally YEARS of tobacco tar on the inside coils from the previous tenant! So I moved all my crap from around it, laid a towel down, shook the can real good per directions and SPRAYED!!The nozel shoots out a very fine, but powerful beam that you can direct right up in all those nooks and crannies, then it instantly foams completely filling the cavity! And just as fast as it foams, it starts to break down and liquefy, and so to does all the GUNK the foam is touching!! Like literally that freaking fast!!! It all just starts to run down!!!The lid serves as a super handy scrub brush which works wonders too! I then took a spray bottle and shot water to help rinse everything down. All of this "run down" just fell into drip pan and actually unclogged it!!The coils are BLUE!! I never knew that! Like a bright, shiny, sky blue! So after rinsing was done, I put the panel and face cover all back on and fired it up and HOLY MOLEE what an amazing difference!!As you may tell from this review, I was not expecting this level of performance from this product. I had resigned myself to being ok with a cleaner AC unit with residual tar for this last summer, not a completely shiny, absolutely sparkling, sanitized-looking one! All of this done with one can, minimal scrubbing, and a courtesy brush on lid for $10!!!! I spent more time just rinsing the gunk down with spray bottle then I did scrubbing. I still can't believe how wonderful this stuff works. It's worth 2, or even 3 times its current SRPDon't hesitate, do yourself a favor and BUY this, clean your unit, and hell, don't even bothering taking out of your wall or window, just do it right there! This stuff is so easy to control so as to not have spill over on your walls.Thank you Frost King!!!

No more Mildew smell, messy to use
Does not dissolve dirt or dust, etc. It lifts it up off the contaminated area and bubbles it to the surface...u still need to wipe or rinse to get all the dirt off. I had been spraying a bleach solution prior to using this. This worked MUCH better. The fin scrubber was good to use, but more for larger units unless you take the whole face off. I used this to clean the inside of my 12000btu unit. Took the entire bottle, 4 treatments one right after the other to get this ac fairly clean.Very messy high pressure spray. So stand back a few feet when using or u will get it all over urself. Put a towel down under the unit and plan on using paper towels to wipe away the grime after each foam treatment.Overall, worth it and will use it again in the future. Mild smell, but dissipates after 15min of turning on the unit. Again, this was after 4 full foam sprays into the fins and coils and into the vents.

Works good
I got this stuff and went to work disassembling the fan motor and frame from the outside AC unit, then spraying the coils from the inside of the unit. I waited about 5 to 10 mins for the foam to do its cleaning thing, then hosed it off. A lot of dirt came off...a lot. Then I wet vac'ed the pan at the bottom and got all the leaves and dirt out and cleared out of the drain holes. Put the fan motor and frame back on, bolts everything down again (5/16th inch hex screw head in case you want to know), then sprayed off the outside and through the grill to clean off the outside of the coils. My system is a single row coil system, but is very tall (3 ton). If you have a dual coil system you might need a can and a half or two cans.Anyway, take care not to get the electronics wet (capacitor, circuit board, etc). I leave the metal protector panel on while spraying. If your unit need you to remove that protector panel to take off the fan motor and frame then replace the protector panel before spraying with water just to be safe. Don't take risks.Anyway, everything worked out great. AC unit is happy as a clam which is important where I live (desert climate with temps up to 120f in summer). House is nice and cool no problem and unit doesn't need to turn on and off as often and run cycles are a little bit shorter now.AC company quoted $500 to do this maintenance which was crazy. But, I guess that is the cost of all the overhead, taxes, employee insurance, wages, etc. But, saved myself $490 but had to spend 30 mins doing the work. So, I will work for $490/30 mins... lol.Anyway, the stuff cleans well.... the coils and fins were sparkling clean.Disclaimer: I do not recommend you do your own AC maintenance and assume no responsibility if you damage your system/equipment.

Ac coil foam cleaner
This foaming spray really works. You spray it on the coils of your ac condenser and let it work its magic. Let sit for a few minutes before lightly hosing it down and you will see the dirt just wash away its actually kind of gross the amount of dirt buildup in these things. Give it a shot it’s worth it to keep your units running in tip top condition
