So Far Very Satisfied...
I'm currently going through chemotherapy. So my various senses can be a bit tricky to appease these days. Certain smells and tastes, etc can really set off my gag reflex. Certain foods also tend to cause me much intestinal distress at times. I've gone through 3 or 4 protein powders over the last year with varied amounts of success. I recently discovered this kind of whey, unflavored, grass fed, not fiber all protein...etc etc etc. I wasn't sure how I'd react but decided to give it a shot to keep my weight up. So far...these are my thoughts. - I am not lactose intolerant so I can handle Whey protein -This stuff, the unflavored version, as far as I can tell has no smell -It also has very little to no taste. Even though it is unflavored there is still a small sort of toasted milk taste that will linger in your mixtures. Very tolerable for me however. -This stuff WILL make your smoothies taste a little like milk. -The bag is not translucent like so many other companies make their containers. From what I've learned Whey protein breaks down in direct light. So foil and opaque containers are better. -This stuff does not seem to cause me much, if any, GI distress while on treatments. I dig that. There are other protein powders that were flavored that I've tried in the past while on treatments that simply thinking about now makes me gag. This has not yet had that effect on me after my first couple of smoothies simply because the stuff doesn't have my smell or taste to nauseate me. Plain and simple as far as I can tell. I also like that this stuff is reasonably priced for what it is compared to other brands. And it has a high protein content for each scoop. So I feel like I'm getting a lot per serving. And there does not seem to be any additives and other garbage that other companies love to throw in. All in all, I'm happy with this brand and hope to continue to be in the future.

Mixing
I put this in my coffee. It does not have a taste. A little advice I put a small amount in at a time and whisk it. if you put too much it does not dissolve. I have also added it to oatmeal.

By far the best protein powder I've ever used. Mixes extremely easily, no stomach issues.
On top of being being sustainable from farms that care about animals, this (unflavored version) protein powder is freaking amazing. It gives me ZERO stomach issues. And I have been doing a double serving of it at once. It also mixes so, so easily. I don't think I've literally ever used a protein powder brand in my past 10 years of lifting that mixes this easily. And I have tried several other unflavored whey protein isolates from other brands. You can literally dump it in a cup of water and mix with a spoon for 15 seconds and it completely dissolves. My only complaint is that it is slightly expensive, hence the 4 stars, but you get what you pay for with how high quality it is. Zero grittiness or anything when you drink it too. I will continue to buy this protein powder and support this brand moving forwards!

No sweetener--neutral taste
I choose this for it's EAA profile and lack of sweeteners or additives. I'm using it to prep for surgery and will use it for recovery. I have been putting it in protein shakes. The taste is neutral.

Best un-denatured whey protein isolate (WPI) currently available, and here's why
I'm a researcher, and by nature maybe over-analyze things. But I feel the importance of adequate protein cannot be overemphasized, especially for athletes and older populations. This is why I like Opportuniteas WPI: High percentage of protein by weight. 30g/serving and 28g of that is protein. That's ~90% pure protein. I take the unflavored version and I don't taste any unpleasant flavors. You can add your favorite flavors (real vanilla extract is good) to keep it low/zero carb/sugar. Un-denatured WPI retains some very important compounts, including colostrum and lactoferrin. These two compounds have a host of benefits, including immune boosting, and the lactoferrin has been proven in clinical trials to increase osteoblast activity, which is what helps build bones. Another very important amino acid for muscle building is Leucine. For some reason, grass fed New Zealand cows produce higher percentage of Leucine. This WPI has 4.2 grams, which is among the highest of the isolates I've looked at. The price is reasonable for a high percentage, high Leucine WPI. I wish they would post their amino acid profile here, so people could quickly compare this to other WPIs out there. You can go to their website to see the amino acid profile. For my use, I mix this with unflavored soy milk (no lactose sugar in soy), flavored Enhanced Electrolyte Powder, 5g/serving Creatine Monohydrate. I drink half just before my workout, then the other half right after. Based on my research, I feel this gives the muscles the fuel/food for the workout, then post workout, again provides the nutrients for muscle repair. I hope this helps you wade through all the protein supplements out there.

Product changed from my prior order; not the same.
I loved this protein powder before. Hardly any flavor, off-white in color even when mixed in non-fat milk, and that it foamed when mixed did not bother me at all. Due to a medical condition, it seemed to be the only WPIP I tolerated. This AM I opened a new bag. The old and new bags were identical other than some very miniscule differences in some of the amounts of various amino acids. Both old and new bags list lecithin (but don't say how much. But the powder in the new bag when mixed (as usual) in nonfat milk turned a darker tan than the dry powder, it barely foamed, and it had a distinctively unpleasant "earthy" flavor. (Later, doing research, I found out that an increased amount of Lecithin reduces foaming, produces the darker color, and causes that "earthy" flavor. Due to my medical condition, I can't use this anymore because of the increased lecithin. I only hope other brands with less lecithin or no lecithin keep their whey protein isolates that way.

Best Whey in Canada
This is one of the best and cleanest whey protein powder you can get, not additives, not bs. It is very light on digestion, and it has no after taste. It dissolves super well in any type of liquid, and the best part is, you can add any kind of taste you want, perhaps clean and natural. But, it is expensive of course, you can find the exact same mix from CP at half a price.

Worth the price - Truly flavorless!
As described, it is a completely flavorless protein powder that does not leave a residue in the mixing container. I’ve tried different ones and I recommend this.
