After throwing my old sharpstone away due to the grinder becoming threaded, sharpstone got in contact with me to offer a replacement. Even though I was outside of the return window. The representative was very apologetic, polite and determined to make it up to me. They issued a full refund and sent me a replacement grinder. The grinder arrived yesterday and I have had a chance to test it out. It is so much more precise than the one I received before, smoother grinding action, smooth threads and the whole product seems generally made of better materials. I remember the thread on the mesh filter part was silver and broke quickly. On the new one, the thread is coated in a black substance which makes screwing and unscrewing much easier. I would highly recommend this product now and want to thank SharpStone for caring for your customer.

Been using this baddie for around 6 months now and can't complain about a thing. No flaking of the black coating anywhere, threads don't catch, smooth action.. I notice most grinders start to flake, small parts of metal crumble off the underside of the lid etc, this one is fresh as the day I got it 6 months down the line. Probably the only things I can say I dislike are: A lil pricey (but nowhere near any other 'premium' grinders). Kief catcher is a little shallow. Not a huge fan of the 'top heavy' style design, it's good in terms of function but just doesn't look as good to me. Same with the big ol logo across the top, but I think the design is more personal taste. As far as its action and quality tho this is probably the best quality grinder for the cash, at least on amazon!

This grinder does an excellent job. It has a nice heft to it, the teeth are very sharp, and (oh joy) it has a curve on the inside of the pollen-collector, rather than a sharp angle - much easier to get stuff out of. Nice one! Edited to say I've used this for a while now, and my opinion of it only increases - as to the reviewer who complained that the lid was jamming, I can only suggest that they follow the cleaning instructions to remove any residue from inside the lid's edges, and the surface on the main body that it slides against. The grind itself is excellent, giving me the product I prefer. As far as the camera-lens appearance goes, I stick it in my camera bag, where it sits happily anonymously among the bits and pieces. Love this grinder - definitely the best I've used.

Have been processing marjoram by hand for some time and finally decided to buy a grinder. After looking at quite a few culinary herb grinders, I decided to purchase this Sharpstone V2. Glad I did as it makes light work of even the most stubborn bits and it grinds that marjoram perfectly. The catcher at the bottom filters out a healthy amount of dust. 😁 It looks great, feels nice in the hand and is very nicely made - no burrs or anything. Worth the cash. EDIT: I've just read a 1 star review that mentions the teeth unscrewing mid grind?! Not sure it's the same grinder as the V2 I have has cnc machined teeth and no sign of parts that screw together...apart from the usual 4 main sections.

Really impressed, works better than most and very sharp blades. The only minor issue is the thread on it seems likely to cross thread if you're not careful. Would definitely recommend

This product is an extremely robust , precision engineered so the use of the grinder is smooth and fluid with lovely cutting action on the grinder teeth ,as always the quality of the grind will depend on the quality of the herbs used. Customer service when needed are quick and helpful to assist with any queries admittedly I contact through social media but I would imagine they will deliver the same exceptionally service regardless of platform used . In conclusion yes its money well spent and yes this is a highly recommended brand who I will gladly spend more of my money with.

Anything other than bone dry will not grind well. What does grind struggles to fit through the holes. At this price I expected a premium product that does what it’s suppose to.

This grinder is great! It's definitely a welcome replacement for my old Masterdam which just got blunt and the kief catcher was loose. So far this grinder is doing a great job, it grinds like butter for now and its great having a kief catcher that works :D Now...it's not all good news... these grinders seem to have an issue where the teeth on the lid will become separated from the top, basically rendering your grinder useless, to fix this people are hammering notches into the ring/edge of the teeth plate so that it grips the plate and stops it spinning. I'd use araldite epoxy instead tbh. Apart from that, this grinder is pretty good, I currently haven't had the teeth issue but time will tell :D

Mir empfahl damals jemand aus Canada diesen Grinder. Nun da mein alter kaputt ging, brauchte ich einen neuen und sah Version 2.0 dieses tollen Produktes. Und ich muss sagen er grindet wie kein andrer. Klar macht man diesen Grinder sehr voll dann geht die erste Drehung sehr schwer wird, aber spätestens nach der dritten Drehungen wieder locker als wäre fast nichts drin im Fach. Das Ergebnis des Zerkleinerns ist meiner Meinung nach auch Perfekt. Ich kaufe mir nie wieder ein anderen Grinder!

Sencillamente el diseño es perfecto :) también acumulas mucho polen.

Produit de haute qualité et une finition irréprochable. Deuxième produit acheté chez Sharpstone, et je ne peux que recommander cette marque.

Ein Traum, besonders für vaporizer benützer. Ja ich weiß man sollte meinen. Was kann man an einem grinder falsch machen. Aber es gibt Unterschiede. Hab einen ganz billigen gehabt war gut alles prima aber im vergleich hätte ich gewusst das es doch unterschiede gibt hätte ich den schon lange ausgetauscht.
