I finally found what I was looking for!
I recently tried The Premium Almond Milk Powder, and I’m really impressed. The flavor is naturally mild and slightly sweet, just like fresh almonds, without any artificial aftertaste. It blends well when whisked or blended, making it a great option for smoothies, coffee, and baking. One thing to note is that it doesn’t dissolve instantly like some other dairy-free milk powders, so it requires proper mixing for a smooth consistency. However, that’s a small trade-off for such a clean, additive-free product. Overall, it’s a great choice for those looking for a natural almond milk alternative with a long shelf life. I’d definitely repurchase and recommend it to others. I love it!

This is a good product
This almond milk powder is excellent. It was whisked in with my green tea this morning. Taste was great and did not raise my glucose level.

Convient, easy to use, clean ingredients
If you like almond milk, you will like this. The taste is plain, so it's great to mix with almost anything. I would highly recommend for smoothies (example- frozen banana, strawberries, honey, and this almond milk + ice). A +++ bonus, high in protein + fiber!

Delicious almond, mixes easy LOVE IT!
This almond milk is so good but what I'm most impressed with is that all it has in it is almonds. It's frustrating to read labels these days with so many additives and and also sweeteners that are just not necessary. It's really high in protein so I'm using it in smoothies, overnight oats, and in my coffee. It mixes easily which is really a bonus and really really adds some awesome flavor. I love it. Definitely planning to reorder and put this on a subscribe and save so I never run out.

Fine but Messy
This might be useful to some people but I found it to be messy and awkward to use if not decanted. And I really didn't think the tase was worth the effort.

Perfect simple one ingredient healthy milk alternative
Excellent quality. I use a little more than what the package suggests for extra creamy. I like this better than the jar kind since it’s easier to mix and store. Great for coffee creamer too and baking.

Would try something else
The taste is terrible. The powder does not blend well with the water and you can taste the gritty powder. It’s not good

very disappointed
This was a big disappointment. I wanted to be more environmentally friendly by not buying already made almond milk, but this is both very gritty, doesn't dissolve (even in hot water), and it doesn't taste like almond, even when I put more powder than is recommended. :(
