Love this. I am a light smoker and if I feel phlegm in my throat, I take these for about one week and all is clear. Doc says I still should quit even though I smoke 1 to 4 cigarettes most days.

I honestly can't say these worked. I didn't even finish them, but did take them several days in a row. I got the dual cleanse for smoker lung and detox... However, though I credit God and not this product, I did actually quit smoking not long after using this. Since quitting, I can definately breathe better, even if still not perfect (but I think I got other health issues attributing to some of that). However, what I CAN say about this product is that I had no issues or allergic reactions to it. No extra urination or runny you-know-what. The way I see it... taking the supplements has to have some kind of health benefit. There is a chance this product helped detox enough to not "crave" smoking AS MUCH as I might have without it. But, I still give credit to the almighy above!I see a lot of questions about if you can keep smoking when using this... honey, why would you? If you need this product, you are clearly admitting that smoking is killing your lungs and you need help quitting.

Heads up for anyone that may have IBS or other issues from time to time. While I have noted getting more mucos etc out of my lungs it triggered another issue on the other end. So if you have had anything like that or have issues from time to time from other foods etc with your stomach, these may make it wosre for you. I will give you warning if you feel you need to go, you better do so and quick. I expect it is one of or a combination of some of the herbs in the pill and they are sort of large but still easy to swallow. As for me again yes getting more stuff up when I couch however I also feel stuffy, again I attribute that to one of the herbs having that affect on me, and they may not bother you at all. From other reviews it seems they do what they say, but then again things work different for one person than they do for the next. The only CON I can give is be ready just in case, for me if I expelled the amounts of Plhem and mucos the herbs have on other parts, my lungs would be totally clear right now. The pills as evident from color of your urine do have a high level of Vitiman B in them which is good for you so if you wonder about the label and how much they say is in there, I assure you there is.

I have had a nagging cough forever. It felt like I was never going to get better, even after going to the doctor and getting a round of prescription meds. Nothing seemed to work, no prescriptions, no cough syrup. I still coughed my head off, so severe that sometimes I felt like passing out. As soon as I took one, I felt better. I barely cough at all now, even though I was coughing earlier today, as soon as I took a pill, it stopped.

This stuff didn't work will not order again

I purchased this product because my breathing has been really labored and I could not walk 20 feet without having to sit down and catch my breath. I stopped smoking 22 yrs. ago but never knew anything about detoxing or cleaning out my lungs. I have spent several thousand dollars in medical test and chest xrays trying to figure out what was causing the low oxygen level and difficulty breathing. Doctors could find no reason for my condition, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and began my own research. Luckily I found your product. I have only been taking this product for a few days and already I am noticing a greatly improved breathing ability. I can walk up and down my staircase without feeling like I am going to drop over dead, and I am going to the bathroom much more regularly. I have even sleeping better. I am very glad I ran across your product. I can actually feel that I am improving. I was very afraid that I would be dead soon, but not any more. I have come across a product that will actually help me live and it won't cost thousands of dollars..
