This was recommended by the Ivy League Pediatric ER we took out baby to for our baby’s diaper rash after an episode of diarrhea. They sent us home with a tube and we haven’t looked back. Safe and effective for baby’s skin. It’s gritty yes, and it can be a little messy but worth it 1000000%. Nothing compares in terms of effectiveness.

Recommended for diaper rash

This product is gritty. It's supposed to be a cream. It does not apply easy too gritty. Thought it was old so I returned and ordered another same thing gritty. I thought maybe I ordered a exfoliating cream so I read directions and it says it's a diaper cream. Too much trouble to return again I'm throwing it in trash.

This stuff is a life saver for bad diaper rash. We use this along with powder and it helps so much!

My youngest gets the worst diaper rashes even if we change her diaper within minutes of her going. We have tried multiple different diaper brands, different creams including prescription creams, creams mixed together, change of diet in case it’s an acidic issue - you name it! This cream was recommended to us and my initial thought was we have tried everything else why not. I should have been more trusting! This cream has been a complete game changer and we have not have broken bleeding skin down there since using this. It really truly has been a mircale cream for us and works so well.

I think this ointment may be effective but it is full of pieces of ????, idk, feels like grit. When I posted the question if other people were experiencing the same thing, I did get one confirmation. I could literally pick pieces of whatever is in it off my skin.
