Purchased this file folder to hold important paper work to keep separate from general filed papers and bills. Items such as birth certificates, wills, passports, car titles, financials, social security cards, checks, credit cards, even extra car/house keys are now together in one safe place. This file folder is both fire and water proof which is a bonus and very well made and simple to store. Easy to grab and go with the necessary stuff should one need to. Highly recommend. Worked great for my needs.

Excellent Fit! I use it to fit inside my messenger bag for more filing space. I couldn't be happier with the end reusult. It easily comes out for stand alone use. The design is nice and durable. Has three openings which is perfect for what I needed. Zipper closure holds everything in place and secures documents inside. Great Price, Great Product!

The only thing I didn't like is the bottom of the file inside there's a small space between the accordion fold where smaller things I have such as certain business cards fall through a bit and go into the next compartment/section/file. Otherwise papers fit perfectly and are kept very neat. The zipper is slightly larger than a normal zipper making it easier to open which I appreciate. Color and material is nice, definitely seems weather proof from current observations but have not tested for accuracy. Plenty of room and good amount of storage. Definitely like this folder apart from the small inconvenience of the bottom portion. I can understand if that part was left with a slight opening to allow more storage and use less material but I would have liked to keep business cards and small papers in as well without them mixing.

This was a great buy for $29.94. As someone who likes to write, this is a convenient way of perfectly carrying letter-sized notes (or something even smaller than that) from place to place while saving them into three separate file sections for your work or anything else. It even has a decent durability which is helpful at keeping everything in tact.

Perfect for selling raffle tickets and keeping it all organized. A pocket for each the money, blank tickets, and filled tickets. And the carry strap is good for when you need your hands out and about. Also seems water proof? The exterior feels like a rubber type material.

I like this folder. It is an easier way to store my documents than in a pouch, especially if you need to find them quickly. It seems sturdy and the zipper works well. I would recommend it. Hopefully, I will never have to find out how fire- resistant it is.

The workmanship was very good. Zipper was of good quality and functioned as expected. Structurally it wasn't substantial and as a result didn't seem to justify the near twenty dollar product plus shipping price. All materials used were highly flexible so expect to put in a piece of thick cardboard or similar to avoid the folder from bending and creasing your documents. I didn't test it for the claimed water and fireproof characteristics, but ignoring that dubious claim, I think anyone depending on something this light duty to protect important documents from flood or fire is destined for disappointment. Maybe the folder wouldn't sustain a flame, but I'd be surprised if it could handle the heat of a fire. I may have kept it if it didn't have an unpleasant chemical smell that improved only slightly after two days of airing out, but I didn't want the intended documents to take on a strong odor. Maybe a couple of weeks of outgassing may have made it tolerable, but I didn't want to risk it. I'm disappointed because the form factor of 3 divisions is perfect for storing or handling just a few documents without the need for 20+ separate compartments like many other offerings. Thanks to the vendor for accepting returns and for Amazon at making the return process painless.
