JENSEN® Bluetooth® 3 Speed Stereo Turntable 3 CD Changer Music System with Dual Cassette Deck, Pitch Control and Remote Control

We had another unit for some time. Some of the components were not working well. My wife still emjoys playing cds about every day. I listen to NPR on the radio. When I researched, this was the only unit with a multiple cd changer. I found it easy to set up. The sound is suitable for the knid of unit it is. The radio seems to have a good signal. The cd changer is working well. I was also able to hook up my phone to the unit through bluetooth. Overall I am pleased with the unit so far.

I purchased this sound system for my brother. I tested all features which met my expectations. I did not test the phono because he doesn’t expect to use that. The extra bass really makes the music sound good. The price could be little competitive because there are quite a few sellers. This is the third same system I ordered which did not show any problems. The first one from Walmart could not open CD tray. The second one from another seller had 2 cracks on both sides around the CD area. I supposed it might be due to shipping/handling without care. It has nothing to do with the system itself. I understand CD player usually doesn’t last that long, so time will tell. Overall & so far I like the system very much!

BUT .... It does not work! It is exactly what I want but no sound on CD's, the record player does not work. The radio and tape player were perfect. I am sadly disappointed. I will never buy a product like this online again, trouble is they are hard to find in shops. They have all stopped carrying them. If you buy this, I hope it works for you, because it is a great design and appears to be well built and sturdy.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK!!!!! This Jensen Music System lasted ONLY 1-1/2 Months.....it stopped working right after the Return Date! ONE AND A HALF MONTHS FOR $200. CRAZY! A RIP OFF! DO NOT BUY! I was so careful and gentle with this system because it seemed so cheap. I babied it, so the fact that it stopped working was NOT from being rough with it. The screen now blinks a bunch of crap and it will not play the CDs AT ALL! Here is the basic information. 1. It is VERY poorly made and flimsy. 2. The volume does not go up very high AT ALL. It is ONLY 35 WATT, but it was not stated online. I guess they didn't want you to know that it is VERY WEAK in volume. 3. The sound was good and clear and the FM signal was good (that is all the good, to be fair). 4. The phonograph is SOOO cheap, it is ridiculous. 5. The equalizer is a waste of time - It has 4-5 preset selections like Jazz, Pop, Rock, etc. and only two sound okay with little difference between them. 6. The Extra Bass button barely increases the bass, so that is a joke. 7. All of the buttons you have to push on this unit are cheap and flimsy requiring you to push them 2-3 times to get them to work. I do not usually give bad reviews but this system is junk and a rip off at $200. I now just purchased a Sharp Music System for $349. I had one before and it was MUCH BETTER and lasted for years. Do yourself a BIG FAVOR, do not buy this unit. Buy ANYTHING else.

I am very happy with this purchase! My 20 something shelf unit died, and this product absolutely is the perfect replacement. It has a 3 cd changer, am/fm radio dual tape deck and a phonograph that came with an extra needle! Sound wise I am all set. The funny thing is the price is a little bit more than what I paid for the previous unit 20 something years ago. The only thing I'm not happy about is the cd button is on the left of the front, instead of with the other buttons. Other than that I look forward to a long, long shelf life (pardon the pun) with this unit. Other than that there are no major complaints.

Jensen is a very good brand & this little system is better than I imagined!

It plays vinyl records in 3 speeds, CDs, and tapes. The sound is good. The instruction booklet is in very small, light print which made it hard for me to figure out. The booklet kept telling you to dust the unit often. The cover for the record player is open on all four sides instead of being a closed like our old unit. I don’t care for that feature at all. The picture of the unit does not show the cover as being open. If I had known this I probably would not have purchased it. The other features though are fine.

I'll tell you the goods first, I love the CD changer because it seems to play all kinds of disks, even scratched ones that wouldn't play on another CD player. I also love the record player, it plays records nicely. Now the bad parts, I'm disappointed with the bass in this stereo, it isn't much even with the extra bass button. What's worse, is this stereo eats tapes worse than the cookie monster eats cookies! Therefore, I can't play tapes on it which is a major bummer because I have a lot of tapes that I love to hear. When I received this stereo, it was beat to hell to say the least, so much so it was half-way hanging out of the box! Needless to say, I was DISGUSTED with the shipping! I would NOT recommend this stereo to anyone UNLESS you'd buy it straight from the store! I will NEVER buy another stereo system online again, I will get it straight from the store next time because UPS or whoever shipped this stereo obviously couldn't handle it!

Not suitable of use in the UK. Blew up within seconds and I'm left to dispose of it.
