Absolute rubbish
Somebody at Waitrose saw fit to change a perfectly good product into something that is cheap quality, nasty to use and not fit for purpose. I and many others will no longer shop at Waitrose. This was the only thing I used to go in for but always bought other products so why should I go to 2 supermarkets when I only need to go to one now? What gets me is the audacity they had in not changing the packaging to warn people of the deceptive con.

Essential toilet rolls
We have used only Waitrose toilet rolls for about 12 years. Now Waitrose has made a big mistake by changing them. They have lost my custom It’s such a shame as they have upset so many customers.

Waitrose have changed quality of this paper for much worse
We used to buy this all the time but it is now this really weak paper that falls apart in your hands so we are no longer going to buy it
