I bought this phone for my mom. She is in the nursing home and has vision and hearing problems. I had to find a phone that matched their system. I was able to program speed dial numbers so she could call without having to see the numbers.

Do not buy
Arrived without a power cord. In addition there is no receptable to connect a power cord if one had been supplied. This is some commercial or other phone that should never have been shipped. Since then I bought the white AT&T phone and I am delighted with it out of the box.
