I have 2A/B hair. Thick, Hispanic hair. I did a quick 5 min pass on second day hair. I chose this styler because 1- the temp was in F and adjustable beyond 1 or 2 presets, 2- the auto shut off and swivel cord, 3- the bristles were more substantial. I’m always worried those small gripper bristles will get tangled in my hair and rip it out. I’m currently growing my hair and right now it’s a bit below my armpits so I’m extremely cautious about keeping my ends healthy to maintain the length.I kept the iron at 380 and it worked well. There will be a slight learning curve, but be patient. It does have the weird heat up smell that radiates off during the first use or two. The biggest design flaw here is where the buttons are located- I inadvertently turned the iron down a few times. Turning it off isn’t an issue though, because you need to hold the power button down for several seconds to power down.I’ll continue to use and try to perfect this. I do think it will be better for my hair health v using a large barrel curling iron when I want the blow out look on dry hair.

Highly recommend if you want to curl back your bangs without making them look like a poodle. I don’t understand some users issues with the buttons they’re not sensitive at all. You’d really like have to be gripping that handle to push those buttons while using it, I have average size hands for a woman, and I can actually hold the curling iron without touching the buttons while doing my hair. It gets hot very fast and does an excellent job making your hair super shiny! Also, the cord is like 7 feet long, which is great too!

Handle is too big for my hand, but I'm older and have arthritis. It curls nicely in a short amount of time. Better than hot rollers. Has adjustable heat levels, which is nice as well.

Has great heat settings and gets hot quickly. One thing is a few of the bristles have started falling off. My thought is they are not able to withstand the heat. I still like how the brush performs apart from that one issue.

The media could not be loaded. While I thought this was going to be a really good product, after about a month, all the bristles are falling out. I’m gonna have to get a new curling brush shortly. It barely lasted.

I’m really impressed with the FARERY Thermal Brush! It heats up quickly and the 5 adjustable temperature settings give me full control. The 1.5-inch barrel creates beautiful, bouncy curls without the hassle of a traditional curling iron. It’s perfect for my medium-length hair, and the dual voltage makes it ideal for travel. My only minor complaint is that it’s a bit heavy, but overall, it’s a great tool for styling!
