I would buy again.
Absolutely no complaints. Much better value than some other options. Size is great. Compatible with many different sous vides machines. Material and quality are great. Made some amazing food in it.

Sturdy, clear, excellent for sous vide.
We use this every weekend - didn't want to use the sous vide on our Instant Pot. We like that you can see into it. It holds the temperature perfectly. The material is very sturdy and easy to clean afterward. Will be buying a backup soon.

Great container for the price. Avoids evaporation during long cooks.
Works great for my sous vide. Sure you can use a pot to achieve the same result, but this is more convenient and keeps the evaporation in check. I'd have no doubts that you can sous vide in this thing for 3 days without having to refill any water. I was concerned that the lip of the container may break considering all the water weight, but I have used it a dozen times by now and it's very sturdy.
