This is the second posture support I’ve bought, the first being quite a simple design albeit effective I feel this looked more stable but tbh, it wasn’t. For one I found it very uncomfortable when wrapping around the waist, it’s very tight and made it quite difficult to breath. Second, when you pull the straps to pull your shoulders back, and then stick to the section around the waist, this made it even more tighter, plus, tbh, it didn’t pull my shoulders back that much. The simpler version I mentioned earlier did a better job at that. I wear these in the morning for an hour when walking my dog but after 20 mins, I had to loosen everything from my waist. Just leaving my honest review. I’m sure some got in with it better than me. Back to the simpler version

First impression is ok, possibly could’ve done with it reaching further down to my lower back, but that may be just to my condition. Can’t really say anything else at the moment as I’ve just received it. Possibly could do with a Velcro strip on the stretch belt tensioner as the excess just annoyingly flaps about .

Helps you to stand up straight, has good padding on it, very durable, lightweight and versatile.

Returning. does not work no where near enough support to stop slouching

Great quality, easy to fit and provides plenty of support.

Doesnt work for taller people, im 6'2 and it was wraping around bottom of my ribcage rather than waste so it was uncomfortable to tighten it therefore i couldnt get it to force posture into a right position, I would say 5'8 would be the max height this was made for. I ordered size L (that was largest at the time). Save your time and look for something else. Build quality seemed fine.
