Love the Small Nuggets!
This ice maker is very easy to set up and use. And I love the small sized ice nuggets, it's exactly what I was looking for! And the machine operates fairly quietly, so this is a great ice maker option.

Don't waste your money
Initially the machine worked great, but in the last week it started to make a horrible noise and it's because the ice builds up around the motor. Unfortunately this started just outside the return window. $$$ down the drain

Wow, I’m amazed by this ice machine. Provides ice quickly and very efficient. Looks nice on countertop and very pleased with product.

Ice great! But very loud
We love the ice nuggets! The ice machine keeps the ice cold and it doesn’t melt quickly like other machines. The negative is how loud the machine can be. I’m not sure what makes it loud, but it is very loud while it is running.

Perfect ice
Ice is perfect pebble ice, the only down side is when you go to make ice eaxh time the motor is LOUD, but it does quiet down eventually

Not Happy
Ice making very loud noise and will no longer make ice. Does anybody have the phone number for product support

Nice Ice Maker
Works as well as our GE Profile just a little smaller. Ice is easily crunched

2 months and it’s dead.
Broke after 2 months. Makes noise fan comes on but makes no ice.
