PREMIUM PRISM DIAGONAL FOR ASTRONOMY.
This is among the best prisms available, as you can confirm by online evaluations. Prism diagonals of this quality (not the cheap ones) provide the most contrast on planetary viewing, e.g., Jupiter, and have no chromatic aberration with telescopes of f/7 or higher. The Baader version in addition has a helical component to the eyepiece end, which, after you have focused using the regular eyepiece holder rack and pinion, permits fine adjustment. Takahashi has a similar high-quality prism diagonal in the 1.25 inch size; its housing is, however, plastic and with time and moisture may crack. I rate this prism, with the Takahashi and with Vernonscope's 2 inch mirror prism, among the best of the best.

Not an erecting prism
I had expected this device to be able to allow my scope to see things the way the world does, but no,in spite of some of the wording in the description and my searching for an erecting prism, this device was listed.OK it's a step up from the default packed with the scope but not what I had wanted.

awesome optics
I bought this to replace an old 'supplied with the scope' mirror diagonal. Wow what a difference. Just looking into it there is more clarity and contrast. The microfocus helical focus attachment (which is on mine - there are some versions without) is brilliant. Its been a major upgrade for my little scope.

Fantastic
Item just arrived, ran a few tests on it. Results? OMG. Baader Quality. Need I say more? Absolute bargain considering the quality (build and optically). Will pair it with my trusty GDR Zeiss Jena 50/540, and I’m sure it’s a worthy combination.

Très bon Prisme
Très bon Prisme, évite d'avoir le torticolis observant le ciel. utilisée sur un Celestron C5 impeccable.Prisme de très bonne facture aussi lumineux que le prisme d'origine mais qui avait le défaut d'avoir un angle plus ouvert 32°

Prodotto di qualità Baader
Ottimo prodotto, la qualità Baader è indiscutibile. Solido, con attacco versatile sia sul lato telescopio (filettatura T2 femmina) che sul lato portaoculari (filettatura T2 maschio). Fornito con naso da 31.8 mm sul lato telescopio e portaoculari 31.8 con focheggiatore elicoidale (esattamente come in foto).Siccome non avevo avuto risposta a una domanda sul portaoculari elicoidale, ovvero se fosse dotato oltre che delle tre vitine di serraggio (visibili in foto) anche della vite per bloccare il focheggiatore elicoidale, la risposta è si: è presenta anche quest'ultima vite.Che altro dire? Ovviamente il prezzo: è il più basso che ho trovato in rete!Grazie Amazon.

Ottimo prisma
Ottimo diagonale prismatico, dotato di grande riflettività, estremamente versatile grazie alla sua modularità e caratterizzato da una costruzione solida e curata. Offre il massimo dell'apertura possibile per accessori da 1.25" a meno della metà del peso di un diagonale da 2".Unica pecca: non arriva in uno scatolino originale, ma semplicemente un una doppia bustina trasparente.
