Bought these to boost energy prior to run and to aid weight loss. First day I took 3 as per instructions and after 45 mins felt really ill. My stomach hurt I felt sick and had really bad heartburn. The caffeine made me buzz and gave me a boost but due to other effects I couldn't face going for a run. After 45 mins the symptoms had gone but I couldn't bring myself to take another dose at the same amount. I have since taken 1 capsule in the morning which still gives a slight kick but without the bad side effects although I know at this dose the weight loss affects wont happen.
