Never again
I tried this Folfar d3 for a long time, and how surprised I was when I had my blood tests and I my D3 levels were low! I changed for another brand of three letters and had again blood tests after 6 weeks: they were at the roof! I just ;et this pass and didn't think too much about it, my wife said she'd finish the bottle... HOW SHOCKED (or not?) am I today when we received her blood tests: low D3!

Certainly helped me
I bought this as my blood test showed a Vitamin D deficiency through my own research I discovered that it is very important to take K2 with Vitamin D to ensure that calcium is absorbed into the bones. This is why the Folfar brand stood out to me as it had both Vit D3 and K2. Before taking this supplement I experienced bone pain, muscle pain, tiredness, more than usual amount of hair loss and itchy skin. About 2 weeks since taking this product I have no muscle or bone pain anymore, my skin has stopped itching and I have to clean my hair brush and the shower drain much less often as less hair fall. I dont know if this is due to the supplement or not but I have also been sleeping straight through the night which I hadn't been before. Would recommend to all. Will be repurchasing.
