Just finished my first playthrough, and it game was AMAZING! Difficult tactical and strategic decisions to make every turn. Can't wait to play again with different jurors and missions. Jam-packed single-player experience in a small package with quality components. The 25$ price-point is an insane value! This game will now live in my coffee table so I can see it and play it at a moment's notice!

Fun and challenging game. Easy to learn; quick to play. It's challenging enough to make you want to play again and again to improve. Also, love the theme and card art. In the realm of solo-only games, it's a good one.

The game is a lot of fun. I love how it plays. It has a lot going on. I would not recommend it for a beginner with how complex it is.

This game is one of my favorite solo games to play, and one that provides a good challenge as well. The setup isn't too bad, especially once you learn the rules, and the artwork is just beautiful. Love the cool-toned colors. It's very fitting of the theme.

Holy COW there’s a lot of different cards in this one little box. The setup looks super intimidating and it can be a bit daunting during your first play but as long as you don’t let that scare you off, it’s a great game and the art is gorgeous!

I am an avid solo-gamer, so I loved the idea of a solo-only card game. I have played Resist! another 25th Century Games Solo card game. If you have played that, the mechanics are similar. I will be splitting this review into two categories: Product Quality and Gameplay Quality Product Quality The cards are incredibly well made. They have that "laminated" style to them, so they're durable and don't scratch easily. Great for heavy use and shuffling. The counters are simple but I appreciate that they are cubes and not cardboard counters. The art style is fun and on theme. Gameplay Quality Compared to Resist!, Witchcraft has a bit more nuts and bolts to the mechanics. I honestly found the manual to be a bit too vague for my understanding. I was able to get a better picture of the overall gameplay flow after watching a couple of playthrough videos rather than just reading the manual. Truthfully, this game is difficult, but it gets more fun as you figure out what you're doing. At the price point, Witchcraft offers good bang for your buck with gameplay complexity, and fantasy theme.
