Great fan

Good product Terrible Service I have been using Atomberg fans for almost 3 years now. I have no complaints about the performance of the fans. But they start having issues by the end of the warranty period and inevitably, the motherboard has to be changed. That is understandable. But I hope you have access to service engineers easily. I am told they will come within 24 to 72 h and no one gets in touch. At the customer service portal, if you manage to get past the AI agent, the human will tell you someone will call in the next 2 to 3 hours. Good luck having someone reach out. If products are sold pan-India, the company must ensure technical support is also available in equal parts - especially in a scorching hot place like ours where fans are an absolute necessity!!

I own around 12 Atomberg fans, so this review comes from long-term experience—not from a one-time purchase. The fans are marketed as energy-efficient, and yes, they can save around ₹111 per month on electricity. But here's what happened in my case: Two fans developed faults within about three years. One fan required service twice in the last 12 months. Each service visit cost me ₹1,200. The Reality Electricity savings (1 year): ₹111 × 12 = ₹1,332 Service expenses (2 visits): ₹1,200 × 2 = ₹2,400 Net Loss: ₹1,068 So, the money I saved on electricity was completely wiped out by repair costs. What disappointed me even more was the after-sales service. My service request was cancelled after a disagreement over how I addressed the service executive. Instead of resolving the product issue, the conversation became about whether I should have addressed him as "Sir." Even after raising multiple complaints, my issue remains unresolved. A premium product should come with premium customer support. When a company sells energy savings, it must also deliver reliability and professional service. If you're considering buying this fan, don't just compare electricity consumption. Also consider product reliability, repair costs, and the quality of after-sales support. In my experience, those factors matter much more in the long run. I genuinely hope Atomberg improves its customer service because customer satisfaction doesn't end with the sale.

It offers excellent energy efficiency and several smart features that make everyday use much more convenient, especially during sleep. Likes: • Unique and attractive long-blade design. • Highly energy efficient BLDC motor with low power consumption. • Remote control makes operation very convenient. • Useful features such as timer, sleep mode, boost mode, and LED speed indication. • Total of 6 speed levels, including Boost Mode. • Sleep mode and timer are particularly helpful at night. • Good air delivery while maintaining low power consumption. • Lightning damage was repaired successfully through Atomberg service support. • 3-year warranty provides additional peace of mind. Dislikes: • The fan struggles to run properly in Boost Mode. It occasionally turns off and restarts automatically until the speed is reduced. • The blue LED indication light can be uncomfortable for the eyes, especially at night. Red, green, or yellow indicators would have been a better choice. • The fan is quite expensive compared to conventional ceiling fans. • Although the fan survived after service repair, it was damaged during a lightning strike, indicating that additional surge protection may still be beneficial. Overall, the Atomberg Renesa is a premium, feature-loaded BLDC ceiling fan that offers excellent energy savings, smart controls, and great convenience. Despite its high price and minor issues with Boost Mode and LED colour choice, it remains an excellent option for users looking for modern features and lower electricity consumption.
