I did not read the reviews until minutes after I had already ordered and I was down. Most comments are negative and I nearly cancelled the order. I still decided to take a risk and resolved to return it if the phone came with faults. I got a new and perfect phone. So beautiful and without a single scratch, literally new. I thought of giving a day or two to observe the battery in case it was dead as other reviews say it. No. Such a great life battery. I saw no problem at all, the amount was worth it. New iPhone 16 with a great speaker, very fast, and great condition.

Battery life was 100% came faster than the expected delivery. Condition was perfect. So happy with this product! The only thing that could be dicey is the small amount of packaging for such an expensive product. Came in an Amazon bag with a small product box and one thin layer of bubble wrap with room to wiggle. Otherwise fantastic

I haven’t had it for even more than a day, and I am already so impressed. The phone came beautifully, no scratches, works fine, good set up. Color was black, came perfect. The phone itself had no scratches, works great and it awesome. The only problem I have is that the Apple Intelligence takes FOREVER to set up and it makes the phone overheat bad, it also was overheating while setting up, and still does every now and then when I’m putting a lot on it, but other than that it is great. Was it worth the $690 I paid? Yes. I think it was worth the money. In the description, it says that it supports Nano-Sim (Meaning it has a Sim Card slot.) But it didn’t end up having it, but eSim set up is MORE than easy! Everything has been great, and I am super happy, as I’m upgrading from an iPhone 11, and definitely trust the company. Thank you!! (UPDATE - The phone was having temperature problems ONLY because it was setting up and a lot was happening on it all at once. Temperature has been great, left it in the sun for about 30 minutes and came back out and grabbed it and it was mildly warm. Very happy! Also, eSim set up was MORE than easy, just opened my provider app, tapped convert to eSim and it did it all for me! Extremely happy! Definitely worth the money!

Great product came with 100% battery life bought it in march and it’s now September and still on 100% battery life

It’s easy to set up one you figure out the eSIM deal and the battery is super great and it looks amazing and the value and quality is excellent for the price and it’s not slow and works smoothly

I ordered 2 identical phones for my husband and I. They arrived early, in plain brown boxes. The charging cord included in both was generic. The setup was incredibly easy- each one took about 20 minutes. My husband’s took a little longer bc he couldn’t remember his Apple ID. The battery health was 100%. Both phones were in excellent condition and for all intents and purposes, appear brand new. Like many others, I was very skeptical and considered buying directly from Apple but there wasn’t much inventory to choose from. So far, we’re very satisfied with our purchase.

Works great haven't had any issues after having for several months now seems fairly durable I have a toddler that likes to throw things and it hasn't sustained any damages yet

I’m incredibly pleased with this purchase. There is no need to purchase devices brand new anymore, it’s wasteful and overpriced. This device is near perfect and very reasonably priced. The delivery time was very fast. The device came with a usb-c to usb-c charger, no cube. The battery health is 100% and it shows first used in April 2025 so it is seemingly one month old. I noticed a VERY minor blemish to the front screen, seemed to be a very surface level scuff but not a concern to me at all as it comes with the territory of purchasing a refurbished device. No known audio issues as sound on the speaker and phone calls sounds great. All told I am so happy with this device.
