Helped with hand and arm pain
My daughter purchased this mouse to help with her golfer's elbow, that causes pain from her elbow, through her wrist and hand on her primary arm. Her occupational therapist advised her to get a mouse like this one since she is on her computer for hours each day.She loves this device! It has really alleviated a lot of exhaustion and pain in her arm. It does take a few hours before you get used to the way to hold and use this, but afterwards, the learning curve is worth it!

Instant wrist pain relief!
I wanted to hate it. I didn’t want to be the person with the “dork mouse” but after picking up a new game I couldn’t handle the wrist pain anymore so I caved and HOLY COW instant relief. I haven’t had to replace the batteries yet and I’ve been using it a lot for about 6 months now. I haven’t really small hands and it’s a comfortable shape and size for my hand but it will definitely accommodate larger hands at well due to the design. No lag whatsoever with Bluetooth mode.

What a change…
I do like this mouse but let’s be honest. When you change style of mouse. You get some cramps in your hand. As it says to change small amounts I went in to a full day use. Nice setup, definitely different. Functions well a little slippery texture. Clicks are quiet and soft. Quality is good and strong for the simple plastic it’s made of. But I will say if you happen to to move the mouse up and bump the right click button against keyboard or another object it’s kind of annoying. It is very accurate and fast scrolling. Had to try this as I’m a YouTuber and IT code writer, using my computer for long hours daily. It does seem like a good mouse as I stayed with the same company as my old mouse got dirty and jumped a lot while scrolling. It does not have any red light on the side only on the bottom. Unsure if it turns off when not in use as my old one did. So as far as battery life we will see. I do use this mouse for hours daily so I don’t expect 12 months of battery as I usually get 2 months at most. Trying to remember to turn off the mouse after work is new but not horrible. The only reason I have it a 4 is your hands tend to get sweaty and slide while using it.I wanted to try this mouse bc of the contents twisting of my arm all day. But if you have any previous broken bones in your hands you have to pick which pain you want. I’ll continue to use this mouse for a few weeks and see how it goes. So far it’s been great but definitely needs breaks as in hand cramps or irritation.

Vertical Mouse is the only mouse to buy!
This is a great mouse. No problems at all.If you don't have a vertical mouse get one! My wrist would get sore after typing too long If I were doing other things that put pressure on my wrist. After switching to a vertical mouse I have not had any problem at all. No pain no soreness nothing. They are so comfortable to use.

Glad I Did!
I was uncertain when buying this mouse but am so glad I did. The strain from using a mouse all day is gone. I can hardly feel the pull in my wrist anymore. It is great quality, smooth to the touch, has a quiet click, and holds battery life.

Comfortable, Precise, and Smooth—A Great Ergonomic Upgrade
I’ve been very pleased with the TECKNET Ergonomic Wireless Vertical Mouse. The vertical design is incredibly comfortable and has noticeably reduced wrist strain during long work sessions. The smooth tracking and adjustable 4800 DPI make it easy to switch between tasks with precision. I love the quiet clicks, and the Bluetooth + 2.4GHz options give me flexibility across devices. Setup was effortless, and it's worked flawlessly ever since. Highly recommended if you're looking for comfort and performance in one sleek package!

Big pros and big cons
The ergonomic design is great; I doubt I'll go back to a "standard" mouse design for anything other than travel. The mouse is a bit light, so my hand tends to push it before I get ahold of it well, distracting from usability. Annoying but not a deal breaker. Both Bluetooth transceivers stopped working by 40 days, which gives me pause to recommend this to anyone and encourages me to try competing brands. Fortunately there's a backup 2.4G dongle, but I paid extra for BT and to avoid using a USB slot for the dongle.
