Bought it for my mother and it is brilliant... in both ways!Easy... very easy to use!

Excellent remote control I easily programmed a Goodmans TV to turn on & off with it & then my TalkTalk freeview box with on/off, channel changing & volume control bought it for my dad who has dementia highly recommended.I thought the instructions on the box are easy to follow too.Visual instructions on youtube as well.

Great product

I had to wait to travel to my mothers house with this product. Then found it did not work. Will not light up. I have now returned home to return it (my mum does not have internet at her house) only to find the 'return window' is closed.Im not impressed and would like to have return and have a refund.

Bought for my sight limited mother, just the job and easy to set up, but would recommend looking at you tube instructions as product instructions are virtually non existent.

Very easy to set up after I watched a you tube video because to instructions were poor

Bought for my nan who has very poor eye sight. Lights up well and big buttons. She can use it well. Just what she needed.

Har man svårt att se knapparna är den kontroll bra . Tog lite tid innan jag gjorde rätt när jag skulle föra över mellan kontrollerna

Estoy muy sorprendido, es el primer producto que me llega justo al día siguiente de haberlo pedido. No me lo esperaba tan pronto. Un plus al vendedor. Por otra parte las instrucciones no vienen en Español y es confuso configurarlo para los torpes en idiomas. Al final lo consigues y es muy cómodo para personas mayores que suelen pulsar otros botones de los mandos porque son todos muy parecidos y pequeños y no pueden leer los textos que tienen dibujados. Sencillo y básico para lo que ellos suelen necesitar.

acheté cette télécommande pour ma mère qui ne voit plus beaucoup. Peu de boutons tous configurables très facilement (5Mn), il faut quand même avoir la télécommande d'origine pour pouvoir le faire, mais un fois fait plus aucun problème. De plus l'éclairage des boutons est un grand plus. Je la recommande tout particulièrement même pour une personne bien voyante qui ne veut pas s'encombrer d'une " télécommande usine a gaz".
